Welcome to Mas Pelegri, a sports hotel and training center. Mas Pelegri is a historic stone Masia, which has been beautifully restored with luxury in mind, while still keeping the ambience of the old Catalonia. The Masia is situated in a picturesque secluded location, so that you can fully relax and concentrate on your sport away from busy streets and noise.
Off road trails lead straight from the door and for road cycling Mas Pelegri is situated in the best area for cycling in the Province of Girona. You can choose between the flatter routes towards the Med, or the test climbs of the Volcanic national park including Rocacorba, or you can be at a 2000 meter ski station in the high Pyrenees in 80 kms. The pristine lake of Banyoles is just 7km away.
The bedrooms have their own private bathroom, are large for European standards and have double or twin beds. We have three very large suites at Mas Pelegri which can be booked for small groups or as family rooms. Two of the bedrooms are disabled accessible with roll in showers. The training center has underfloor heating, as the nights can still be cool in February and March. There are also many other rooms for relaxing and reading in after training, including a media room in an ancient barrel vault. Tea and coffee is freely available at any time in the dining room, so after training you can come in and relax.
On site there is a 25m swimming pool, gymnasium, jacuzzi, laundy room with laundry soap, and terraces and patios for your relaxation. WIFI is freely available. Massages and physiotherapy treatments are available at the training center in our treatment room.

Catalans take food very seriously and they still have their town markets where you can buy all the local produce from the region. Catalans live their lives around their food, even taking three hours off work in the middle of the day to enjoy their huge lunches. It is therefore no surprise that Catalonia is now world-renowned for its food and the worlds number one rated restaurant is located here. We have a sports chef providing the catering in our fully equipped professional catering kitchen on the premises. Breakfasts are very important and a range of foods are available, to specifically suit the needs of our athletic cliental. Special diets can also be catered for. So please inform us of any special requests, as only with good nutrition comes your ability to train to your maximum. If you would like to self cater as a group please let us know. We have a professional catering kitchen available for large group bookings and a small kitchenette available for individuals and small groups. Please let us know what you require when booking. There is also a large Masterchef gas BBQ and a charcoal BBQ.

We also have other accommodation available and can look after groups of up to 115 people. There are lovely apartments near by, also in a beautifully restored old stone house. The apartments range in size for 2 - 16 people, depending on the apartment. They have all the mod cons, including AC and there is a bar, pool and BBQ area on site. We also have access to other lovely old stone houses, which can look after smaller groups. Self catering starts at 220 euros a person per week.
